About me

I'm Anna or Anka, or Anqa — feel free to pick one.

Executive Assistant, problem-solver and natural pattern-spotter with almost a decade of experience supporting C-level leaders in international corporate environments.

I'm at my best when things are complex. I naturally see connections others may overlook, bring structure to chaos, anticipate what needs to happen next and get things moving. I'm reliable, responsible and driven, but I also value common sense, authenticity and a good sense of humour. I enjoy asking why, challenging assumptions and finding new ways of doing things.

I'm a straightforward person. I say what I think and believe that honesty is important — always with respect and consideration for the person on the other side.

My corporate career taught me that ambition works best when balanced with healthy boundaries. The ability to distinguish when to push forward, when to step back, and where to draw the line is just as important as getting things done.

Outside of work, I'm a solo mum raising my kid in the Netherlands. Life has taught me resilience, independence and, above all, that starting over is not the same as giving up — and that there is always room for a new chapter.

I know what I want, I work hard for it, and I don't give up easily.
